One trip, one client, one private section

User groups decide who sees what in your app

Create a group for the Martins and a section called “Japan, April 3 to 17” that only this group can open. Once they sign in, their journal appears in the menu; your other clients never see it, and the Martins never see theirs. The next couple gets a group and a section of their own. Your public pages, about your destinations and your team, stay visible to everyone.

The journal, day by day

Program, addresses and documents in the client's section

One article per day: the transfer from Narita, the afternoon at the ryokan, the private tea ceremony, with photos of the places. Hotels, restaurants and meeting points sit on a map reserved for the same group; one tap on an address starts the route in Google Maps or Apple Maps. Train tickets and vouchers are attached as PDFs, ready to be shown on arrival.

A message for one client, not for all

Push notifications targeted by user group

“Your driver is waiting at exit B, holding a sign with your name.” The notification goes to the members of the Martins' group only, immediately or at a time you pick. If the restaurant moves the table to 8:30 p.m., edit the day's article: the journal is up to date as soon as you save, without a new store release.

Preparing a client's journal, in three steps

From the confirmed trip to the welcome message.
  1. Their account and their group

The client creates an account in the app; you add it to their group from the back office, along with the companions traveling with them.
  2. Their section

Write one article per day, place the addresses on the group's map and attach the documents.
  3. The welcome message

The day before departure, schedule a push for their group: “Your journal is ready.”

Inspiration for everyone, a request form for new clients

Visitors who have not traveled with you yet browse your destinations, your signature trips and the portraits of your travel designers. A form collects their project: the dates, the number of travelers, the trip they dream of. Each request reaches you by email, and you reply as you do today.

How much does an agency app with private journals cost?

Private sections need two extensions: Authentication, so clients sign in, and User groups, so each one sees only their trip. They are added to the Premium plan, which brings the iOS and Android apps; the Pro plan includes them.
Premium · iPhone and Android apps, web version$55 /month, billed yearly
Authentication, on top of Premium$12 /month
User groups, on top of Premium$5 /month
Pro · Authentication and User groups included$105 /month, billed yearly
Apple and Google developer accounts are paid directly to the stores. No commission is involved: your clients pay you outside the app.

Luxury travel app: questions from agencies

Can a client see another client's trip?

No. Each section is restricted to one user group, and a client only belongs to their own. Signed out, a visitor only sees your public pages.

The client travels with friends: can they all open the journal?

Yes: each companion creates an account, and you add them to the same group. They all receive the group's notifications.

Can the client pay for the trip in the app?

No: the app neither books nor sells trips. Your clients pay as they do today, by bank transfer or card with your agency. The subscription extension, which sells access to content, would require another sign-in flow, one that excludes user groups.

What happens to the journal after the trip?

You decide. Give the articles an end-of-publication date so they disappear on their own, or keep the section as a keepsake of the trip. Removing the client from the group closes it to them.

Can we show our concierge contact details?

Yes: a contact section gives the agency's phone number, email and address, visible to everyone or only to the client's group.

How much does a luxury travel app cost?

A native app starts with the Premium plan, plus Authentication and User groups. The Pro plan already includes both, and raises the staff and notification allowances.
